You can. It is called US Optics.

    Rifle Scopes Do I really need a 20 Moa base for a 7mm rm pushing 180 vld's at 2800 fps, I have 36 mils

No matter how much adjustment you have you will find the windage adjustment lessens as you get out of mechanical center. You hardly need any windage at the zero point. Save all the windage adjustment for the longer distances by keeping the scope closer to mechanical center at you are spun up for...

F T/R Competition Which Trigger?? CG, Jewel, Timney

I killed a jewel in 2 shots. Pierced primer was the culprit. CG can take a beating that is for sure. But I shot a jewel in another gun over 3000 rounds without fail, no pierced primers though. If you want to shoot a single stage jewel, do your load development with another trigger. YMMV-Rob

F T/R Competition LC brass for club level F/TR

I have run the LC LR for many years. Weight sorting the LC will be the key. If you can get it full length resized to go into your chamber you will be fine. Due to its thickness you will find it will be brittle after a few firings. You will need to bend a wire and check the inside for case head...

Sidearms & Scatterguns Sig 226 TacOps Like it / Hate it?

I bought one in 9mm before Christmas, just because I didn't own a hi-cap 9mm. I actually prefer 40 cal or 45. I just figured I might as well complete the line up while I can. It is a really fine sooting pistol. 80 rounds on tap is a bunch. Rob

Bullets for the 223 with 1 in 9 twist ?

I tried 75 amax's with poor results out of a 1:9 remmy. I guess it is really a matter of trial and error at that point. I have seen 77 smk's work where 75 amax's would not. Different shapes. I was shooting 400-600 and the 75's were all over he place. As always, YMMV-Rob

    Primer Question

My experience has shown the differences in primers really show up at or near the MAX pressure points. If you are running very hot loads you will see the primers act differently. Some hold up better than others. I always choose the ones that lets me run where I want pressure wise. Any of tem...

    Case lube

Re: Case lube I have checked my head space consistancy many times and found the wax to deliver by far the best results, and never even had a case be sticky, must less stuck. As always YMMV based on delivery Rob PS, that being said, I still use th spray when batch loading with a Dillon. Wax...

Thoughts on a 300 Blackout bolt gun

Re: Thoughts on a 300 Blackout bolt gun I want the sound and ballistics of the 22lr, with a 220gr projectile instead of 40 grain. I an building a dedicated suppressed 300blk. I don't plan to shoot anything but subsonics out of it. Also consider this. The 300blk subsonic is quieter in the...

CG X-treme mod 22 tactical trigger

Re: CG X-treme mod 22 tactical trigger I have two of these triggers. I reaaly like the 2 stage. It has a very positive stop after the first stage, even at 8oz. 4oz first stage and 4oz second stage. It is infinately adjustable and the first stage can be taken completely out to shoot as a...

Another "which rifle?" question...stick with me

Re: Another "which rifle?" question...stick with me I would consider a out of the box Remington 5R, with you budget you can put it in a nice AI stock of your choice. Trust me it will do the job out to 1K. For ringing steel, I would not discount an AR-10. Get one with a 20-24 inch barrell and...

Sidearms & Scatterguns If you could only have one...

Re: If you could only have one... I agree. One single gun? 12 gauge pump one pistol, S&W 686 or 629. six inch. Rob I do like my Sigs, but the wheelgun gets the nod in a one gun question.
