I had the same problem with my redding ackley dies. My solution was to thin the shell holder on a diamond stone until i got bump back of the shoulder. When I chambered that barrel I use JGS reamer and ackley go gage and a 223 go gage as the no go so I am at the tighter end of head space. The...

Ive shot this great match in years past and enjoyed it very much. I would like to put out a few ideas. What if you had sign up for next month match during the set up and tear down. Get there early and work you get in for sure next month, stay late and clean up get to shoot next month match for...
Two questions I have are does it feed better or worse with the 80gr ish loads and second is the cost of the conversion. I think the cost would play into the expectations of the user. IF it cost $150 plus the barrel then a little feeding issues may be acceptable if the kit comes in at like $500...
We have a couple guys on our shooting team running the Impact and they are very happy with them. I just got mine in yesterday so im starting my build soon. The Impact does run really great in dirt and weather. Got to play with Curtis when I was pciking up the impact and it seemed pretty cool...
I'm really liking my straight shoe special in my surgeon 223, I used the trigger in a monthly match here in new mexico and at the owen's armory NRL match and is has ran great so far. Both matches had lots of wind and dust .

I like my pelican 45qt and 95qt they work well keeping food cool and are built well. Before I had the pelican I used an Igloo ultra marine 35QT that I added a gasket, latches and filled the lid with Great Stuff low expansion foam. With those mods it worked much better and was about $50 with the...
I had the bushnell and have a few NF F1's and SFP nxs the F1 are great scopes. I bought one of the bushnell 3.5-21 when they had that money back deal going on I didn't think the glass was very good, the locking knobs were annoying and it didn't track well so i sent it back for a refund. I got...

Zia will be the 3rd Sunday so see if you can make it to that match

I made a target ipsc target like that that held a steel plate the size of the "a" zone behind the cardboard ipsc target. It worked well and saved time taping the target. the splatter from the plate would cut up the cardboard some but I would use heavier cardboard and it would last a long time.
