State makes law in violation of Federal laws for marijuana = feds do nothing
State makes law in violation of Federal laws for guns = feds put people in prison
Guns are supposed to be protected by the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution. Marijuana?
I never would have even thought about it but then I saw a post where someone said "there are no drawbacks" to the 7-35. I thought, that isn't possible and went and looked at the specs.
Length weight virtually the same.
Eye relief and FOV are largely the same, though I haven't seen where both...
I was all set to order a 5-25 w/MIL-C for a 20" .308. I had initially thought I didn't want something that big but after seeing someone else with the same combo decided to go for it, even if the top end was a little more than I needed.
However, it seems that the 7-35 completely invalidates the...
If SPUHR made a 35mm version of the SP-4616 and I could actually get a through-scope picture of the current TMR (only reticle offered with illumination) I would consider the 3.5-18 mk5.
What's strange is mine is marked just like that x42 in his picture though the x50 in CSTactical's picture is not.
Not that I care either; the parts all come from Japan anyway and it is either assembled here or there. If there were statistics out there on which point of assembly had less errors...
Anyone else almost never have to adjust a diopter out of the box?
I used to mess with them anyway trying to see if I could improve anything but if the reticle is in focus now I don't even bother. It always seemed that except for the extremes (all the way in, all the way out) it was hard to...
I just got mine today too but it was pretty late. Nothing to do but look around a dim house and a dark outside.
The red illumination seemed much brighter than the green. I had almost forgot all about how the whole ocular rotates its been so long since I owned a Nightforce (last was an old...
Got my 50mm F1 with Mil-C just now. Seems to be just as big as my 3-20 US was. Haven't even got the diopter focused in yet but man, that dot is tiny even on 16x.
Back when the 3-18x42 FFP was offered with that reticle a user here helped develop I came so close to pulling the trigger. It was the first "floating dot" reticle I can recall.
So glad I didn't.
