    Fat, old and broken

Re: Fat, old and broken I just finished reading the Paleo solution this weekend. I've been on a regular exercise routine for a few weeks and I think I can pick apart the recommended diet and make it work for me. It's going to take a bit more research, but I think I can do it. Looking forward...

    Fat, old and broken

Re: Fat, old and broken Same boat, but I'm a little younger. Recently got an exercise program going again....not really looking for serious weight loss at the moment, but it would be nice. Going back to the old army workout, run/walk 3 days a week and muscle failure 2 days a week. It's been...

Looking for a good welding machine.

Re: Looking for a good welding machine. Hard to go wrong with Miller or Lincoln. Another to look at might be a Hobart. They are owned by Miller and share the same torches, etc. That's the route I went and it's been a great welder.

What rails, light, and scope for my AK??

Re: What rails, light, and scope for my AK?? I used to have a Bulgarian Arsenal SA-93. I regret getting rid of it, but I think my uncle still has it and I could probably talk him out of it if I really wanted it back. Milled receiver and built like a tank.

    Rifle Scopes Nightforce vs Leupold

Re: Nightforce vs Leupold I had two NF installed on rifles before I ever tried a Leupold. I didn't think I would be as impressed as I am with the Leupold after having used the NF as much as I did, but it's great class. Just wish it was illuminated like my NF's. My wife was so impressed with...

Has anyone used one of these?

Re: Has anyone used one of these? I just used one of the caldwell bags for the first time this past weekend, I wasn't about to let my nice lapua brass flyto where I couldn't find it. It worked really well and didn't have any feeding/ejecting problems at all. Best of all, it was about $8.

Straight or angled eyepiece spotting scope

I'm likely going to pull the trigger on a spotting scope soon. The top of the list for my price range right now is the Vortex Razor HD 20-60x85. I can't decide which configuration would benefit me more. I can make a case to go either way, but with the right tripod I can pretty much overcome most...

Sidearms & Scatterguns Thinking about picking up Buckmark pistol...?

Re: Thinking about picking up Buckmark pistol...? Have a Buckmark and it's a great pistol. Have two kids who are shooting 22's right now, so I'm going to add a Ruger 22/45 to the mix as well. Can't go wrong with either I don't think.
