Suppressors Suppressor use and Barrel Life
Thanks for all the info and help! Not going quit using Suppressors for sure! Curious if 8208 XBR could be the culprit or X-Caliber barrels?? This particular barrel had pressure issues from the beginning and used about 1.5 grains less powder charge. H- Hrsmn51

The 20% would work out be about what I had expected for life of the barrel. I was looking of around 2000 rounds from this cartridge 20% being 400 rounds reduced should be close to actual experience. I will give them a call. Thanks for the info H- Hrsmn51

I doubt the suppressor had a negative effect as well, however I'm not too experienced.( two barrels don't make a expert) My post was in hopes of eliciting response from those with considerable experience using suppressors. Thanks for your replies H- Hrsmn51

Running a Sig 7.62 Titanium on a 6XC. Shooting 105 Hybrid over 34.5 grains 8208XBR Lapua Palma brass formed and turned for the XC. Last Barrel was a Bartlein 5r 8 twist and managed 1200 rounds before accuracy fell off. Second barrel X-caliber 8 twist both of the barrels were cut at 20 inches...- Hrsmn51
