    7mm SAW

I'm using a FN PBR action with the mag well binder plate removed allowing 3.0" COAL with the SAW II chamber, not quite a long action. What LA are you using and for what purpose? I've got some H 4831 SC but have not tried it as of yet because RL 16 is working well with Berger 175g Elites and I...

Rifle Scopes Razor Gen 3 line?

IF!, they could make a ZCO quality scope for 2/3's the price and 6oz. less weight across the models in 34mm tube/ in power ranges of 4x20& 5x30 with reticle options to suite the customers preference that would be amazing and part me from some $$$$$!

    H 4350????

Regarding StaBall, velocities are low and pressures spike QUICKLY when you get to MAX, no comparison to H 4350 or RL 16. It meters well and might work with mid range auto loaders depending on caliber. N555? is it temp stable? I've given Hodgdon a call before and got the we are making it as...

    Gunsmithing Looking for the Unicorn

I'm shooting Berger 175 elites but only jumping .0015. After taking measurements of the PBR receiver I think as posted earlier it's a no go, 2.970ish may be doable with different BM Mag and jumping more. On the other hand a new build for steel might be in my future! Anybody know the COAL of WTOs...

    Gunsmithing Looking for the Unicorn

What receiver/action are you using and what aics mag manufacturer, I'm looking at the MDT mag w/o spacer as a alternative. What is your cbto for the 180s? and what powder/bullet/primer along with velocity? Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Gunsmithing Looking for the Unicorn

I'm looking for mag fed options for my 7SAW II chambered FN PBR. The rifle currently uses FN hinged floor plate BM and WTO removed the spacer plate from the mag well and profiled the bolt stop at my request, it works flawlessly and if it is what it is I will be happy, however a ten round mag...

    Gunsmithing Looking for the Unicorn

OK, I'm a FN idiot!. I have a dilemma, the cartridge I'm shooting out of my FN SA has a coal of 3.0"s and works great out of the modified floor plate system along with the modified bolt stop but only allows top feeding of rounds! and now comes the Unicorn!. Who? if anyone...

Who still owns their first gun?

I still have my Marlin bolt action 8 round magazine fed cheapo rifle purchase for $43.00 at K-Mart, I was 13 and now 60. I have a co-worker with a son who needs a open sight rifle to learn on and will be gifting it to him!

    Rifle Scopes Brownell’s Match Optic

I Love my Razor but it is a little heavy and if the glass is close between the two the weight savings may be worth it for my hunting rifles. I may give it a try but wait a few months to see how it shakes out amongst The Hide!

    Rifle Scopes Brownell’s Match Optic

How does the glass compare to a GEN II Razor or other scopes similar to the GEN II ? I know it costs much less and that is not my concern, I own a GEN II and simply want an opinion from someone that has access to both scopes . Thanks!

    7SAW

Yeah, a lot of powder but easy bolt lift and slightly flattened primers!. SAW II chamber in a FN PBR massaged by Clayton , hinged floor plate and binder plate removed, I can get 3.0"s coal if needed!
