i got a millet mil/mil cuz thats all i can afford at the time and if i had a 1000 budget i would get the vortex pst mil/ mil magnification is up to you also if your going to be ranging get the first focal plane- colscar

700 sps tac
the 700 sps aac is a great rifle, the stock is questionable but just slap on a bell and carlson on there and youll be good to go im also going to get the aac and do the same thing.... the 1:10 twist will help you stabalizing heavier bullets and the 20" barrel is a good lenght and reduces weight- colscar

if you want a tac driver that will make the bullet hole touch each other id invest in a good optic, reload, and get a rifle built for that already.... i got a 700 police and its sub moa, i use it for hunting, and it gets heavy... so a good sling should be in the budget if for hunting.... see...- colscar

how many mils in a mil dot?
hesco pretty much nailed it i dont really adjust for wind i hold over since it changes all the time i do adjust for elevation but where i hunt and shoot there really isnt much wind to start with and even with full value wind its off by like and inch or so i dont shoot that far for wind to be a...- colscar

quick question im using once fired brass from a le range... what if some of the measurements are diffrent as they were fired from diffrent rifles, is there a specific number i should look for or just average them out..... this is all speer brass with a few winchester and federal in there ...- colscar

when using the hornady headspace guage, what measurement are you looking for, i looked at my reloading book and i know there is case over all length but there is also a measurement from the base to the shoulder and one from the base to where the neck starts...- colscar

I just cycled the bolt I didn't shoot them I also tested them on another rifle that I know Is clean.... the rifle did go into battery as far as I know is just that when I racked the handle back it was stuck ...... im getting a the hornady head space guage and the bullet comparator kit....
