    i have a remington 700 police in 308, i bought a rail mount for my scope rings but i noticed that the screws that came with the rail fit a bit snug and noticed that its putting a shine on the threads as if they were being cross theaded, my question is are all actions drilled for the same screws...

    i had posted something similar and everyone told me to atleast get a mil/mil or moa/moa retical turret combination its just easier and i agree. i think the accupoint is mil/ moa so that is really your prefrence. if you hace access to either scope id say look through it and compare clearity...

    Does any one know how to measure the scope height for balistics software not sure if they are asking for the height of the rings or the center of the scope in relation to the bore....I'm using an app called strelok and they ask for the scope height ....
