    Suggestions for a noob - Forster press?

    Sharpshooter3 nailed it pretty good. I wish I would have saved my money and bought a Co-Ax when I first started handloading in the early 70's. Sooner or later you will get a precision press. Why not do it now and get the benefit of it right from the beginning? And no press offers faster die...

    Brass drying options?

    I use a Lyman Cyclone brass dryer. 5 large trays that hold a lot of brass. 60-90 minutes (depending if rifle or pistol) is all that is needed to COMPLETELY dry the brass. I REALLY like this dryer. In the summer I might put the brass in the sun.

    Reloading Press

    The presses you mentioned and the arbor press are 2 different styles of presses with the arbor being much slower but, arguably, more accurate. But if I were to upgrade to another press for precision I would get the Forster Co-Ax press. I wish I would have saved my money and got this one early on...
