    Re: Looking for new SWAT entry weapon We sell 11.5" SR-16's to LE Personally I would not go shorter than 11.5" for 5.56mm guns. 10.3" would be the very min of what I beleive is useful or acceptable. Colt, LMT, DD, BCM all make good guns as well. I dont drink Piston cool-aid.

    Re: Importance of barrel extension fit to receiver? The other issue is if the end of the receiver is true so the barrel extension indexes on it flat (also needs the barrel extension to be true and flat). This is one reason some guns exhibit shift when warming up.

    Re: KAC SR-25 and Federal Gold Medal Match 168gr Several Years ago Federal changed their brass to a stiffer brass that works well in semi-auto guns, I think you will get better results with their 175gr loading at least past 400. However inside 200 the 168gr loading works very well.

    Re: Known issues with Knights SR-25 EMC? LMT, Larue and KAC uppers and lowers should be interchangeable, I have seen third parties interchnage the above systems and shoot them. Obviously no gurantees, but it should work.

    Re: Known issues with Knights SR-25 EMC? We sell those in the form of the SR-25/Mk11 Field Repair Kit. Bolt Rings, Ejector, Extractor, Springs. The bolt will last the life of the barrel - we sell bolts match to barrels for repair services (in house).
