    * I just realized I should have proof read my comment prior. I had meant on a bolt gun you probably would not see major issues due to the fact the rate of fire is so low compared to the gas guns.

    Barrel has .750 gas block on the M110 and forward of the gas block - barrel is threaded 3/4-24 UNS2A Under the barrel is around .960 from memory - I don't have a 110 barrel in NoVa with me now, just the 16" K gun. I'll have one back next week and get back to you.

    43.7gr of Varget over a 175gr SMK oddly enough was my bolt gun load -- I've not gotten to do a lot of reloading for my SR-25 but that is my intended starting point. I load my 5.56mm match stuff with Varget too. It does pretty decently in my Dillon XL650 for a stick powder.

    It's your trigger or the pins that have an issue (or a receiver problem) I shot over 32k rounds from 7.62mm gas guns last year - and never had a pin walk. But hey if you like them, float your boat

    One of the only things you need to do on .300BK is have a fast enough twist. Some of the 1:8 short barrel guns will give you baffle strikes with long bullets, 1:7 twist is probably best for .300BK short guns (barrels under 12")

    About the only use of KNS pins is on older M16's that have worn receivers where the pins walk regardless of Hammer spring leg tension.
