    People are buying it up to have a stash, or to turn a profit. It isn't the military. People are scared of a new Assault Weapons/anything gun related ban. They are scared after the riots, food/necessity shortages from Covid shutdowns, Biden promising gun control, no voice in government, etc.

    I don't care for switching scopes on any gun. I have also found that quick detach mounts never mount back on exactly the way they were the first time, or the time before that. I only have two quick detach mounts, and they are on ARs with BUIS that never get used, and the mount never gets taken off.

    I agree. The guy saw an opportunity to save the tax payers money by killing a bad guy. The fact that he had to off himself to do it shows determination and dedication to the cause. I applaud the guy.

    My precision ARs shoot both equally as well with 23.2gr XBR 8208, Remington 7.5 in prepped LC cases. Both are absolutely lights out, and the TMK makes a great Antelope/Whitetail bullet out to 400 yards out of 5.56.

    Compact Hunting Spotter

    I have used a Vortex Razor HD 11-33x50 for years now, and it fits the bill perfectly. It's compact, light for a spotter, inexpensive, and the glass hits above its class. Mine came with a lightweight tripod that is perfect for packing and glassing animals in the mountains.

    If you aren't using a 3/4" impact on scopes mounts, you're dead wrong. Don't forget the Rocksett to make sure the screws won't back out.

    I'm right there. My magic load for all of my precision ARs is: LC brass Rem 7.5 23.2gr 8208 77gr SMK and TMK It's a magic load with both bullets.

    I shoot SRP Lapua for 6.5 Creedmoor, and LRP for my 308s which are all gas guns.     I use 178 ELD-X for everything when I use a 308. Works on Antelope, Whitetail, Mule Deer, Elk, etc.

    Meh. People are gonna people. Guys buy 60's muscle cars that can't keep up with a modern Camry, Jeep Rubicons that never see anything but a parking lot, AIs that will never shoot a match much less see a deployment, etc, etc. People like different stuff, and it's their money. God love 'em.
