    Re: 155 scenar 2950 1-12 stable at sea level? yes they will work, we shoot at quantico and sometime in the real cold weather the density altitude will be -1000ft or greater. i've shot the 155s with great success there on the 1K yard line.

    Re: steel cases in my AR, okay???? the savings you will endure from shooting 10K rds of steel cased ammo will greatly outweigh the cost of a $20 broken extractor. shoot it, but as noted above, make sure to clean your rifle, that stuff is a little messier.

    5R vs 700P

    Re: 5R vs 700P they are essentially the same except barrel. the 5r has the faster twist rate and 2" shorter. if you're on a budget the 700p can be picked up for a lil bit cheaper than the 5R. i've got some friends who picked up the 5R and we started shooting matches, some of the other guys...
