Rifle Scopes Spuhr Mount suggestions please

I don’t think anyone having 40 MOA ever wished they had 30 or 20. But I’ve heard plenty of people wish they had MORE cant, so take that for what it’s worth

Rifle Scopes Mil or MOA for my first FFP scope?

Let’s just start telling all the new people to do MILS. That way, eventually everyone’s gonna be shooting mils and this will take care of itself

Gunsmithing Bed or Not, MPA Competition chassis

My 300wm in an MPA chassis kept coming loose. I tried blue lock tight, re torquing the action screws mid way through the matches, but it kept working loose. I finally got fed up and bedded the recoil lug. Boom-it’s been rock solid since with zero issues.

    Suppressors Suppressor cleaning/maintenance?

I recently got my first can, a Blackhawk carnivore 300wm. I plan to run it on a 300 blackout and a 260 Remington. Again this is my first suppressor so bare with me. Do I need to do anything maintenance wise to it? I think it’s a sealed model, so I don’t know how I can clean out the internal...

Official (DTA) SRS, HTI, Covert, Hunter Thread

Just got a SRS A-1 today, hopefully gonna shoot in the next few days if the weather allows. How well do they return to zero after a barrel swap? Do you find they’re a little off, or do they usually return right back to their same zero/POI? Are there any tips to help with this, like holding a...

Rifle Scopes So, what about Leupold Mark 5 ?

Got my mark 5 mounted up on my DT today with a 20moa Spuhr mount. The issue I’m having is finding a place for the anti cant bubble. Because of the tube design of the scope, and with the Spuhr, the only place I can mount it is close to the eye piece. This creates two problems, #1 the throw...

Reloading Techniques - Neck vs FL Sizing; Tumbling vs Just Prime Pockets/Neck Brushing

I think one thing that gets lost on guys new to reloading... the term FL (full length) sizing doesn’t mean sizing the cartridge down as far as the dies can take it. You can use a FL sizing die and only “bump” the shoulder back. How far to bump the shoulder is a matter of debate, but I’ll say 2-4...

Bipod or sand bags for load development

I’m asking for load development only. I would hunt, practice and compete with a bipod. I know I should work on my consistency with a bipod, but sometimes I get frustrated during load development, especially group shooting, because I think it’s me when that flyer pops out of the group, or the...

Not Happy with MPA customer service... 14 month wait for folding stock, multiple emails, phone calls with no response. Update Pg 1

I think they’re getting too big or busy for the staff they have or something. I’ve had terrible service from them. Terrible communication, forgetting parts etc. Got the wrong stuff 3 separate orders, including a barrel once. I sent it back for replacement, they sent the same barrel back to me 2...

*sold* Great deal on very nice electronic scale!

It’s a .001 gram scale. In my experience that’s around .02 grains. It’s pretty hard to find a scale higher than that without getting a scientific balance costing $1000+ To put it into context, I’ve personally experienced a single kernel of H-1000 powder weighs around .02-.04 grains. So, this...
