It is not welded because you have to be able to time it. But you have to order the Magnus models either with the normal end, or the RR end. Cannot be changed later or bought separately. See the other thread for discussion why.- Zak Smith

.45 cal rifles are typically 11/16; there are no CB brakes made for 11/16. The best way to mount a Fly45 on an 11/16 rifle is a 11/16 DT-HUB adapter.- Zak Smith

.662 is the minimum shoulder required for 9/16 threads so that would be fine. You would just get a 9/16 CB brake and no adapters. Or you could get the FM.- Zak Smith

Yes, the .375 cal Magnuses have been open for orders since SHOT Show. We have also qualified the .375 cal Magnuses for: 375 SwissP (28" min bbl) and 37XC (30" min bbl). Yes, it is stronger. Compare the minimum rated barrel lengths. Dominus: 308-12.5", 300 Win Mag-18", 300 Norma-26" Magnus: 308-8", 300 Win Mag-14.5", 300 Norma-16" For most of us on this forum, the advantage of the Magnus would show up when wanting to use a shorter -barreled large-ish magnum- Zak Smith

The only downside to the Magnus-S is it's a little longer and a little heavier than the Dominus. It is a little quieter, and stronger. The Magnus-S-SR will do it all.- Zak Smith

Suppressors TBAC Ultra 338 Gen 2 SR vs Ultra 9??
The 338 is WAY quieter. For most .30 cal cartridges, a full size Magnus (9" CB/BA/HUB or 9.7" SR) is just as quiet as the .338 can- Zak Smith
