    That means you should have approx 15.8 up, I’d bet something in that mechanism is hung up. I’d give them a call, they’ll take care of it for you

    Have you checked to see how much downward travel do you have? If it’s not a whole lot, chance is is something is catching and the burr might just be too large to break through

    once before I've seen an internal burr in the cap mechanism catch, take it off and check inside to make sure there isn't anything there, is it a hard stop or does it feel like you could turn past it with a little effort?
