    What's the big problem making weight for Ko2M with a 50 BMG?? A Palma style contour barrel on a 50 Cal weighs 16 lbs and is 36 inches long... A McMillan single feed action weight is 8lbs. That's including the trigger and a 45 rail. A good stock is another 6-7lbs . Add another 7lbs for optics...

    I agree that the JJ Rock XL action a great platform to build on but how much do they weigh? The Cadex Defense is also a very nice piece to build from. It weighs in at 3.8 lbs.

    The nose ring essentially helps the longer ELR bullets to transition thru the transonic mach zone better. It reduces the aerodynamic yaw and pitch... (coning)... caused by the shock wave as it travels unevenly down the length of a spinning bullet.
