    A Rifle Builders Tool Box

Do what Dead Eye said and get into a gunsmithing school, and not one of those correspondence schools either. You will be taught how to use the tools and equipment you need. Then go to work for someone already in the biz, for no salary if need be, for experience and to gain useful knowledge you...

Did some patents run out? Berger and Henderson?

    Higher quality trimmers worth it?

My Giraud trimmer is the one single piece of equipment I cannot do without. I no longer compete and need to trim 5,000 or so cases per year but that trimmer is indispensable to me.

Didn't the blatant CBS News fake stories begin with Dan Rather and the made-up story about George Bush?

    Happy 100th Jimmy Carter

A great humanitarian. A truly good person. Inflation during his term was horrendous. The last Democrat I voted for, under duress from UAW union thugs.

    Powder measure for bulk/precision 223

I threw many thousands charges of RL15 on a Hornady Pro-Jector progressive and a Redding BR-3. For 200-300 yards in highpower thrown charges of a stick powder are perfectly capable of high X clean scores.

    Well...damn it!!! 😩

The neighborhood where we winter was pretty well rendered unlivable by flood surge. We lost nothing personally but the full time residents there lost a great deal. Sorry to see all of your damage.

Can't laugh at this one. October 25, 1995 a school bus was struck by a commuter train in Fox River Grove, Illinois. 7 students were killed. I was part of the State Police contingent that worked that crash scene for several days. It was horrific.

A good friend is a farmer in Ohio. Says, "if it ain't red, leave it in the shed!". Not a Deere fan.....

Check the number of times the covered bridge in Long Grove, Illinois has been hit by a truck the last few years, even with ample warning signage.

A word of caution to all new who venture here….

I had 10,000 rounds of that surplus Remington. I wouldn't extract in my M-12, 52D or Rem 512. Too many FTF also in all 3 but mostly the 52D. Sold it off for $10 a brick.

    We finally did it!

Don't even need to be in the yard to be shot. Not with the way the bangers indiscriminately spray the windows.

Delta Airlines- the Bud Light of Flight

Nope, so that would be a difference from the old days for sure.

Delta Airlines- the Bud Light of Flight

We flew on Turkish Air from Chicago to Istanbul Business Class on Monday, 12th. Man I'm here to tell you. It was like the glory days of Pan Am or TWA. Pod seating that converts to a bed. Real food on china plates and SS tableware. Multi-course meals. Denon headsets and wide screed TV's...

    Autotrickler Q’s

I love my V4. It is so much better than my Chargemaster 1500 it is hard to explain. There seems to be a near obscession with speed. "How fast is it?" "Is it faster than....?". It is plenty fast enough and when properly calibrated is about 96% accurate for me with the powders I use. The new IP...

Pres. Trump's Presser - Some very encouaging 2A comments.

My point was simply, he did in fact sign the bump stock ban. Doesn't matter what Mark Smith believes. Trump says he'll protect 2A rights. OK, good. But he is not 100% 2A and none of us should be naive enough to believe he will be next term. And I wouldn't trust any politician to be 100% 2A all...

Pres. Trump's Presser - Some very encouaging 2A comments.

Like what he said, but remember, he signed the bump stock ban. So although he is monumentally better than the laughing stock, he isn't 100% 2A by his voting record.
