Hornady 76g a tip
We did the 62gr ELD-VT for the 22 ARC and there's a pile of angry people because it's not magazine capable in 5.56 AR-15's. Do a 76gr A-tip that fits the AR-15 and people are angry it's not a higher BC. :) I get it. I designed this one and did what I could to get BC up there but you're stuck...- Ledzep

In .308? H4895 (if you have or can find it), Varget, or StaBall Match would be my first three tries. I'm sure IMR 4895 and 4064 are worth looking at, too. I doubt we'll do a factory .308 load because it'd end up being over SAAMI max COAL. I'm pushing for it to replace the 168 Amax in our M1...- Ledzep

Yeah that's a known issue should be fixed going forward. Typo. I don't remember off hand which is correct but just off the fact that G7 is usually half G1 it's probably .226.- Ledzep

From 22 to 7mm... Maybe 6.5mm... You can't really go wrong. If you can get over 2600fps and a bullet with a G7 BC in the .260+ ballpark (give or take any of that) it's on a sliding scale of trajectory and wind drift and the deciding factor is usually the shooter and their ability to perceive...- Ledzep

Key holing 6mm creed after barrel cut
We've done a lot of by-the-inch cutdown tests and we bandsaw the barrel then hit it with a chamfer/deburr tool from the reloading bench. Never seen issues with stability or keyholing in doing that. Barrel too hot?
There is no real concrete data on this because there are so many variables at play... This is just my experience/opinion. Density Altitude
DA is a quick reference for subsonic aviation and supersonic ballistics is more driven by Mach/Reynolds number, so you can find inconsistencies in some cases using DA.... But, for your question, -2000 to 8000 should cover most situations. Every 1000-2000ft out to 600-800yd should be close...- Ledzep

The Sportsman Division
The issue here isn't divisions. It's classifications. I'm of the opinion that they mean very little currently, and they should be made to have more a distinction/use in separating classes of shooters and promoting both recruiting of new shooters as well as skill development. JMHO.- Ledzep

How many loads did YOUR last batch of brass last YOU?
Yeah I'm mostly joking. If you're getting case head separation it's not usually a pressure thing, more of a stretch/resize thing. Guys that blast Lapua/Alpha primer pockets in 5-8 firings though... It's pressure.- Ledzep

Weight ES for LR bullets ?
I've done some testing with this and the example that I did the biggest test with was 6mm 109 ELD-Ms. I weight sorted through 1200 of them to get 30x each of the "high" and "low" brackets. Low was 108.7gr, high was 109.2gr. The high and low MV separation on 30x ea. was less than 1fps on the...- Ledzep
