    Mostly because you need to run it in a long action to get the full benefit of the round using the heavier bullets. Most of the shooters here prefer short action unless they plan to run the big magnums.

    I get right around 3000 fps with Sierra 168s out of a 26" Proof steel barrel using h4350. High 2700s with 180s. This is with a straight 284.

    AICS single stack mag with either a PVA or Primal Rights adapter kit. I'm using a Primal Rights kit on my 6 Dasher RPR and it runs very well.

    I ran this question directly by KRG. They said the pin diameter is .068, so it should work ok, but they haven't actually tested it so they can't say for sure. Whomever is first to try this, please let the rest of us know. I would give it try, but I don't have any small primer brass in hand.
