    Craddock Precision bolt rifle barrel

I had good luck with a 6mm CM from them, it was a remage style. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    Short barrel 6mm

Like everything else, if you can hold more powder it will go faster. So if your after speed, you'll get more.

    25x47 Lapua load data

I'd start at 32.0 grains add half grain increments working up to the mid 2600's, then load 150 of them knowing that somewhere around 100-150rnds in you will likely gain velocity and what shot good before that may not shoot as good after the change. Some folks I know have been OOHing and AAHing...

    Red pill books?

Recently I fell into a rabbit hole after investigating why the book of Genesis uses both plural and singular verbs and pronoun when referencing God. Found a feller by the name of Paul Wallis that had already gone down this path a few years earlier and wrote a couple books on the topic. Which...

    6.5x47 Lapua

150 rounds down the new rebarrel from Fosnaugh Custom Rifles. A Bartlein Barrel mod400 at 25 inches and 1.20" straight no taper. My Hornady 135 grain A-tips arrived today so I loaded up some with Varget, set the jump to .055" in brand new Peterson brass and lit them off with CCI 450's. Four...

130 vs 140+ class bullets for PRS

Those were my thoughts as well but I figured if I was targeting lower velocities I might as well reduce my case size too.

130 vs 140+ class bullets for PRS

I'm goofing around with this idea as well using 135 A-tips around 2650 in a 6.5x47L for a few matches. Recoil energy is just slightly more than my 6mm GT load. I'm loading the 6.5 to around 2650 which puts me at just slightly better in the wind and 25% more energy on target at 1k. We will see...

    Full circumference case bulge, 6ARC

Brainstorming, but my thinking would be either you are getting increased pressures on those 20% or those particular cases didn't form correctly during the brass drawing process and have thinner case walls.

    PRS 6.5cm Brake?

I'm currently using a Area419 Maverick in match configuration, that way you get a little blast abetment and recoil braking action. Prior to the maverick I have used both the Sidewinder and HellFire brakes from Area419. I like how easy they are to remove for barrel cleaning, ease of indexing and...

    Should I switch cartages?

I assume you have lots of brass... my vote is to stay with your 6.5 and load those 140's down to mid to low 2600's. You'll be in the same recoil energy as the 25's and with the longer flight time you may see more than 6mm's do running 200fps faster.

    12x vs 15x for PRS

Pretty sure Rob isn't speaking of me, but those are my feelings on the matter too. Long time user if 12x Swarovski EL, switched to Match Pro for the reticle. It hasn't held me back. As far as the difference in FOV, If your tripod head doesn't slew left and right you can always unlock your bowl...

I use this now https://www.eurooptic.com/Fix-It-Sticks-All-in-One-Torque-Driver-FIS-VTD.aspx Prior to this I used the limiters but when they go bad you may find out like I did by striping a screw. I also have socket wrenches I picked up at an auto supply store for the heavier inch and foot...
