    RND Rifles Still in Business?

Yes I am looking for RND. Wanted to upgrade to the CheyTac style forend and bipod that is made by RND. Lloyds website is down and there is no other contact info for him online. I was given his number, but the number may be old because it had a Colorado area code and there was no answer. I don't...

Value of an AI AE MKI

Let me guess did it have a green netting rattlecan paint job? I remember seeing one like that 2 years ago for $800 that was a scam maybe he's persistent.

    RND Rifles Still in Business?

Their website seems to have been hacked or something and I am unsure if it is just technical issues or they closed shop. I may be interested in making an order from them for Windrunner parts but have no way to contact, does anyone know how I can get ahold of the owner and if they are still in...

    Vitali1342 is GTG

Bought an expensive rifle from him, shipped the first day and answered all my question promptly. I highly recommend to do business with him.

    Modern "exotic" rifle, stupid issues

Despite the shortcomings of the MSR I have always thought it was an interesting and aesthetically pleasing rifle, something I'd like to own one day. One of my biggest gripes about the gun industry is how when they stop making a rifle they just halt all parts production entirely. I would really...

    Vintage Firearm Videos on Prime

I went to go check out his videos on Prime, turns out they are just his Youtube videos thematically combined into episodes. So good if you are a new viewer of his and haven't seen any of the videos before but if you are a watcher of his then it is the exact same content. If you want the same...

Forgotten Weapons: AI Arctic Warfare and Arctic Warfare Magnum

So there was some incorrect info I spotted in there, he said they don't come factory with monopods and fluted barrels. I'm fairly confident I've seen most of them with those features. But I forgive the guy he probably has forgotten more things about obscure gun details then most people will...

    Thanks

I just want to know who got the hundo. Maybe he's saying you get a Mod 5 instead in which case I have first dibs.

    Advanced Sniper Rifle Solicitation

So the issue with the PSR is just the barrels? Seems weird to put out a contract for a whole new rifle rather than just sourcing better tubes.

    Advanced Sniper Rifle Solicitation

M24's have been gone for a long time, they were converted to .300 WM M2010s. I don't know what could have been so bad with Remington's quality control that they would ditch the MSR over it, you'd think special care would be put in to 10k rifles. It must have been a fundamental design flaw.

    Advanced Sniper Rifle Solicitation

I've never had a chance to handle an MRAD but to me it looks like a very durable ergonomic rifle. There are some parts of it that look a bit off to me but I think overall it is the more slick rifle. Regardless I'd be happy to wield either on the battlefield. Don't think they could have gone...

Thanks for driving the price up(y) But seriously hopefully they'll have some more soon for you, I kind of bought this on a whim and would much prefer an AWM

Is there a reason there's not many bullpups?

That's awesome! I'm not really a fan of the whole R700 barreled action being put into things purely because I think making proprietary actions will always be better suited, in your case it would allow for a forward mount bolt handle so you wouldn't need to use an extension. But you know that...

Is there a reason there's not many bullpups?

I don't own any yet, currently shopping around for a M99. My end goal is to start a firearms company so I'm just gathering some thoughts on various design elements. I've heard complaints about balance in some small bullpup semis but never about any long guns. One would assume the thick 24+"...

Is there a reason there's not many bullpups?

I remember there being a left handed version of the MK13 in the manual for it. No clue on whether they made any, I guess they would have if any of the SEALs were left handed.

Is there a reason there's not many bullpups?

That's a good point, I can't think of any bullpup bolt action that is ambi, I know guns like the FAMAS and MDR are able to be swapped but no bolt gun. However that only seems to be an issue with the currently available ones. Theoretically it would be possible for a company to make one. I can't...

Is there a reason there's not many bullpups?

Specifically in the military. Trigger issues aside it seems like the bullpup platform is perfect for long range rifles and military guns. Bolt actions suffer from extremely long lengths especially when a can is put on which also means tons of weight on the end of the gun making non supported...

Other Mil/LEO rifles that use FA762ss? Looking for a new clone build

Considering there's not too many guns other than what you listed even recently used in the military at least in the US I don't think so. I also don't know of any set gun used by the police or SWAT in the US. I always just thought it varied on department to department and they just used guns on...
