    LOL, good one. Other than the paper test I haven't cut anything with the Halo. But, it has seen some hard use demonstrating its ability to punch through both sides of an empty Coke can. :ROFLMAO:

    I haven't shot yet in weather that cold. My lowest IIRC is around 40° and I saw no significant difference in group size from when the temps were in the high 90's here in SC. I would also note that I haven't shot a good box/Lot of Tenex in 2-3 years. Shot regular and Pistol type.

    I'd chalk it up to a bad round. Glad you are ok, most people will never experience anything like that and really don't know just how powerful a little 22 LR round can be let alone the Magnum.

    Unless Elftmann changed their trigger housing to be narrower, the Elftmann R700 trigger will be too wide for the DBM on the factory rifle. It will attach to the action just fine if you want to use another stock/chassis. TT Diamond and the Bix TacSport PRO will work. I recommend the B&A.

    I don't understand why some MFG's can't find a thread protector that blends in better. The one I had on my Steyr Zephyr II was terrible looking and the one on my Browning 5.5 Buckmark didn't even match up. The least CZ could have done was send one with the same OD. Nice looking rifle though...

    Chassis system for Anschutz?

    There may be something out there but the only stocks/chassis I'm aware of are made for the 1710/1712 type repeater actions. Now if you have the same receive bolt pattern the it should work in those. The ones I'm aware of are the one made by XLR for Anschutz and the MDT.

    I would suggest looking a the IBI barrel offering. They come with the Calfee 4 chamber. I like mine.

    On par with my fluted IBI barrel. You can see the same clouded areas. Also, for fun the last photo shows how much case is sticking out on my IBI with 52D chamber.
