    My 1-8 nx8 is enough to get to 1k and not too thick that a shot completely obscures a 1moa plate at 1k. I run out of easy use reticle at 900yrds when holding over.

    I used a buddies 7-35 and found the color more "cool" than my 5-25. I didn't notice anything different other than that and stuck with my 5-25. Buy the one that fits your needs best.

    M1A first glass bedding job

    I've always used devcon or mainetex but have a buddy who uses 2 part jb weld and likes it. Kiwi natural shoe polish has always been my release agent. Making tape and modeling clay as mentioned above.
