    Any F1 racing fans?

They need to either make the cars smaller or switch to bigger tracks. You look at the comparison from the v12/10/8 eras and it's a big difference. Make the size requirements smaller and open up regulation on the electric. I think that will give better racing and breed more innovation in the...

Shot a match this weekend for the first time in open since before 2019 and first time with the AT. Managed a 8th out of 42 shooters which I'll take considering the above. Pollen was on another level, 10 minutes out of the bag and already had it accumulate. Winds were very weird, truly switched...

I agree...Hamilton comes off as that fake nice and team spirit you just want to punch in the face. He might be sincere but he's got an undertone of smugness to it and I can't stand it.

    Any F1 racing fans?

Yea that's understandable but from a pure race and performance aspect it was a poor choice. Can't really blame the car when George routinely was out performing him. Seeing the same with leclerc now. What i really want to see is piastri destroy Norris. Next to George he's my least favorite...

Wild they gave up Sainz for him given the good he gave performance the last 2 years. Hamilton has been slowly slipping.

I actually had that happen to me mid 22lr match long ago. Mdt chassis cup wasn't in spec and dumped it muzzle first into the rocks. Checked my 2015 AT today though and it checks fine. Snapped and pulled really hard without issue.

no idea...my 15 year AT has it as well. Both sides. Is yours a folder? I could see non folders not needing it.

    Eurooptic.com?

Never seen a website launch without issues. Give them a bit but email or call them with your issues. Seems they are working through it. Really hope they arent doing that "peak pricing" BS though...that would be a hard no for me.

M40A5 clone question: machined-in pillars or bed pillars?

They did not use mcmillan built in pillars. They bedded the ones with the badger dbm.

    And so it begins...

We have about a 50/50 split of 6mm and 25/6.5 guys. Doesn't seem to make a difference, top guys running both calibers. If you want 6mm and barrel life get a dasher, GT or 6.5. I don't know anyone running 6arc seriously for prs.

    Leupold spotting scope

12-40. I'm in eastern NC and it can get really soupy. I'm usually 12-20x.

    Leupold spotting scope

Yup. NF price is $300 more for the same scope with just a horus reticle. I have had a mk4 with tmr reticle a few years now and love it. For prs and minor corrections it does its job great. If you will be actively calling out corrections that need to be accurate then I'd get a horus reticle...

    Current Surgeon vs AI Action

Couple of smiths have the prints. I think Manzella is a popular one. PVA if I'm not mistaken does AI barrels. Just call them up and tell them what you want. It's no different than any other gun minus the tenon threads. Should run you 800-1000 including the blank.

    Current Surgeon vs AI Action

While I feel my Atacr 5-25 is close if not even with my s&b 3-20 glass wise, the NF is more touchy than the s&b with parallax adjustment. I find no issue using either in match or hunting settings.

I was told by a reputable builder a lot of us here had work done with, that the thumb scallop was done with the action on its side and NOT done with a ball nose end mill. Not sure if @cplnorton or someone else can confirm but that piece of information was shared with me.
