    Mk 13 Mod 0 stock

    I thought the L shape was wrong, my return stock has a normal inlet. It's going to LRI, couldn't get a response back from Redbull or 2 other smiths. Based on @USMCSGT0331 I'll have to track down a straight wall lug or send my A6 lug to him to grind down to .25".

    I keep getting conflicting info... The mk13 mod 5 recoil lug. Was it the L shaped lug, or a standard 0.25" remington shaped lug?

    Hornady black Amax 168 is the winner in my 16" CL. Accuracy, SD and ES is better compared to the 168/175 fgmm, whatever 17x hornady match.

    Yea definitely not me. I only ever use my user name and occasionally give out my number for high dollar items. As for the barrel I decided to hang onto it. Appreciate the interest regardless.

    4 AW mags here and same deal. Never had an issue loading 11 or felt any different running the action on that first or any other round.

    Rem700 extractors... where are they?

    Checked ptg yesterday and the standard rivetless is on backorder. Doing a new build and would prefer to use my standard bolt but have another ptg one piece with m16 extractor. Regardless I have other 700s and would like a few spares.

    Well that sucks...i like the original extractor but I may need to go m16 if it's been going on for that long. An extractor is not exactly optional...

    What gives? Like finding hens teeth to get a rivetless 308 extractor. 2 on ebay for about $50 shipped together. Used to be like $10 a piece and could be found anywhere.

    Doesnt seem so bad. All 3 sound fairly easily fixed to use the AW IMUNS. Might pick one up if I ever get a clip on in the future before all this is no longer made.

    What reason is there that the Imuns for the AW doesn't fit the AT? To me those pieces look similar enough to work.

    You can file the corner of a part of the mag follower too. I have a mag with and without the mod. I'll see if I can get a pic tonight

    I think X-Ring on YouTube is the cause. He says they are hydraulicly pressed and needs to go back to Sako to be replaced. He's at least who i heard it from first. Supposedly he got that info from sako when he was loaned the rifle which made me question it.

    Guy i talked too said .106 or .108 but was pretty sure it was .106. Either way he was positive it was one of two.

    Plot thickens. PRI said their gas port on a 18" spr barrel is .106" This actually tracks with what the spec for a mk12 barrel from crane called for. I thought the number @carbonbased seemed small.

    I can fit 11 rounds in my AI aw mags... so that's a $100 premium for 1 extra round. Thanks but I'll single load that last one.
