    It should, the factory rubber duckies just work OK for most stuff, but Comets or Diamonds work much better.     Ideas for securing/organizing gear in your pack

    As odd as it sounds, placing large rubber bands around small items a few times will most of the time keep them in your pack, as the rubber resists sliding. Plus, they can be used for many things in the field if needed for alarms, delays ect. There are even odd colored ones these days to be had.

    The one thing I don't understand about that op is long ago we carried drugs that were administered by height & garth, that would put them to sleep for 2-4 hrs depending doseage. They don't issue those any more?

    No. I've seen people applying far more pressure w/a dull knife then slipping and cutting their selves vs a sharp knife that cuts w/slight pressure, same with box cutters.

    and sadly Kenwood stopped being interested in Ham radio about 7-8 years ago. I was talking to a Kenwood eng at the Huntsville Hamfast back then and he said their Ham radio sale were so low it was no longer profitable for them. Course they sowed & hoed that garden their self by not keeping up...
