    Update: the shop found a current generation WRX motor and can install it. I'm getting an unequal length header and aftermarket intake and exhaust and dyno tuning.

    I broke mine and they fixed it. It was apparently a manufacturing error. I've noticed new verbiage on the website stating for barrels under 10" you should use a brake. Mine was just direct threaded.

    There are a few companies out there making ALICE upgrade straps. I have Platatacs and they're nice but really thick. Also check Etsy.

    The only traditional can I'm getting for an auto is for an UZI, and it's because both cans for that thing are older designs.

    I like PIG gloves and I currently use thin Mechanix ventilated things. You're probably best with thin gloves while shooting and some heavy over them the rest of the time.

    6 arc is where it's heading but I'd start with 223 as some matches are 223/308 only. Check the rulebooks for quantified performance and whatever orgs you want to use and get something that you can use in everything.

    A couple years ago someone introduced a bill that classified an SBR on a point system and made it where adding a magnified optic to a pistol made it an illegal SBR, or something. It didn't go through but a mod on that forum was presenting it like it was law.

    That's what I'm leaning towards but with the new 2.4 motor. It's looking like the hassle and price are within my budget.
