    Gun Weight and Hunting

    I second F4 Defense. The ultralight comes in under 6lbs, the others come in under 7lbs. Have a great selection of cartridges. And the best part, it's a factory gun with a "sub half MOA" guarantee from the factory, pretty unreal for a gas gun.

    New Vortex Fury 5000 Range Finding Binos with Applied Ballistics

    being that they use the exact same solver, if you input the exact data that is in your kestrel into the fury's you should get identical solutions, without have to true the solver in the fury's again. still have to manually input, but at least it should save you the time from having to true it.

    So there is a mode to just leave the LRF in continuous scan mode the entire time the optic is on, and it will just display the current distance in the display?? That is awesome! How bad does that effect battery life? Also, if that is the case..... take my money!!

    Yea, this is 7SAUM on the left and 7SS on the right, both with 180 hybrid. Can see that in the 7SS it takes up a lot less of the powder column to get bullet to mag length. (this picture was taken from Rich's website)
