    The angle isn't a huge deal to be honest, it's that a straight threaded handle will not care at what position it's tightened on, but a bent handle needs to be orientated in the correct position which is almost like threading and timing a muzzlebrake so its horizontal. So for the bent handle...

    I made a sako quad version because I couldn't use the T1x version on the quad. It uses the slot in the bolt to stop it from rotating which is important when the handle isn't just a straight design. The quad doesnt seem as popular these days with a lot of other new options around

    The DIP handle is a plain threaded end - it'll screw into the Quad OR the T1x (Both use an M5 thread). If a T1x handle is made PROPERLY, it'll actually use angles to interface with the bolt body to stop it from rotating, and will look nicer too. So unfortunately you won't be able to use a T1x...

    @Krob95 I'd probably be a bit biased haha, but people do change them for looks and/or function. There's a few options out there, it's just one of the more popular choices.

    Not sure if you mean converting it to a hinged floorplate rather than a mag, but Tikka won't top feed/load so that's why there aren't any hinged floorplates on the market for Tikka.

    Have you checked that the chassis is actually missing anything when you assemble it to the rifle action? It looks to me that the rib (marked yellow) is the recoil lug.

    @beetroot thanks for posting your results, it is a proven design that works for AI, Anschutz, Badger, and a few others.

    I own a LH Cz452 and they're a good rifle and good quality. The others that haven't been mentioned are Anschutz 1416 in LH or a Lithgow LA101 in LH. There's going to be more custom .22 Rifle actions coming through too

    Lighten a Tikka bolt lift with new shroud?

    The spring is used in some shrouds to remove the 'rattle' due to oversized machining tolerances - a way of making sure the shroud will fit any bolt. Sterk shrouds have tighter tolerances and no spring - a spring will introduce more friction for the sake of hiding poor/large machining tolerances...
