I’d say if anything it’s actually a more robust mounting system than a picatinny rail mount because it clamps directly on the steel action. Spuhr has said this also. Rifle Scopes Spuhr hunting mount for magnum rifle
I’ve used the spuhr hunting mounts (aesthetic mounts) a lot using the Tikka/TRG direct mounts. But only with calibers up to .308. That said, I feel sure they’d hold up fine on a magnum. They attach the same way as the regular mounts. They’re a few ounces lighter but very burly.- Graywolf.260

It can but you’ll need to do a little bit of milling on the inside surface of the stock to allow it to mate snugly on the bravo otherwise there’s a small gap between the tang. If it were mine I’d probably stick with the 6.5x55, the 6.5 CM offers no advantages aside from the fact you have a few hundred rounds of ammo which you could probably easily trade especially if you’re in Scandinavia.
