    "high" standard deviation... why?

One thing for sure, Mr. Zipollini is willing to spend the time and money to get his ammo as consistent as possible.

Can a SB die still be used to bump the shoulder like a FL?

S.B. dies are not needed in the majority of rifles, but that doesn't mean that yours wont. Never having owned a S.B. die, I wouldn't want to bet my life on it, but I have always thought that S.B. dies were F.L. dies...

Trouble reloading .45 ACP I need some help.

9mm case is tapered, .45 acp is straight, that little "bump" you see on the case comes from the case being sized smaller than the bullet, it is perfectly normal. Do yourself a favor, seat and crimp separately and use a taper crimp. To about .470.

What tool do you use to measure if your case neck is getting too long?

I don't think he's asking what to trim with, he's asking how to find out what tool to use to find out what to trim to. (wow) OP, Sinclair carries a tool that requires you to cut a case short, it's an aluminum plug made for the diameter of your chamber that fits into your shortened case...

imperial case wax - how to dissolve?

As far as coleman fuel and lighter fluid, they are naphtha, and obviously works well. About anything that cuts oil will work, but I wouldn't recommend gasoline.

imperial case wax - how to dissolve?

I have just recently tried the Forster lube, seems to work pretty durn good.

imperial case wax - how to dissolve?

That's exactly what I do, except I use a plastic coffee can and a little simple green, and shake it up. It sure as hell ain't rocket science to clean cases after using Imperial,,unless maybe you are using ultra sound, which I don't.

imperial case wax - how to dissolve?

I never heard of "Metho", I just use a little 91% isopropyl or denatured, usually I just wash my cases in simple green and hot water after sizing and dry 'em in the oven. Sometimes, if I only have a few, I just wipe 'em good with a rag. I clean my dies with acetone or alcohol.

I have heard of this with 4064 but I have not seen it yet.

    Worse grouping after new stock?

As long as you got it torqued evenly and not over torqued, you should be OK. I do recommend a torque wrench though. I have read numerous articles about B+C stocks needing to be skim bedded, but I have no personal experience with them except for installing an A2 to my SPS TAC and the bolt would...

Lake City Match brass, headstamps 63 and 66. Anyone know anything about it?

If you get the timing right on your M1a, the cases will last longer, of course it also helps if you don't try to get .300 WM velocities. For a bolt rifle LC cases are good strong cases in my opinion, just need a little more prep and sorting, that's all. I don't see anything wrong with your...

    .44 special rifle load

I don't think I would use 231 for a magnum load in .44 Special, do some research on Elmer Keith's loading of the .44 Special before you try that! Magnum primers are completely unnecessary with 231 and could be problematic, but yeah, they will get the fire lit...
