B14r hard closing ? Cock on close?
Thankfully, my NIB B14R will extract and eject the entire round. I use the jam method for many of my centerfire rifle loads but never as deeply as this rifle is showing me. The marks on the bullet are very (did I say very) long and bolt close is overly difficult.- shoot4fun

M&P 45>10MM conversion barrel
The M&P has been my preference too but there isn't much love for the 10MM at S&W (yes I know they have built a few models). The M&P357 in 357 Sig was enough to show me the M&P, while great for 9mm and 40S&W, doesn't belong in 10mm as currently manufactured.- shoot4fun

Maybe I am an "outlier" but I have always loaded the 308/175SMK with 44.5 grains Varget and Federal GM primers in Lapua brass. I load them out to just fit for reliable in the AW mag. I think I bent my barrel
I bought a scope mount that had 20MOA/6Mil stamped on it but I couldn't find that switch on it. I wanted to shoot farther to I just turned the thing around. Funny but that's what a guy at the range told me the other day. He said he had swapped his scope base for a 20MOA base and it moved his barrel so he couldn't figure out how may clicks it took to get to his 500 yard zero now.- shoot4fun
