    The cost of a build boils down to the cost of the action. Everything else cost the same. Like the cost of a Browning 725 VS a Krieghoff K-80. Both will do the job, but which do you like better. The DI precision Vudoo is the Krieghoff.

    You are correct on the 10-22. my Kidd Supergrade does well out to 250yds but falls apart past that. Lots of vertical.

    I'm like you I would never thread a barrel like that. Bolt on tuner only. But I have added brakes to centerfire with no change, but they were bigger barrels.

    Just watch two podcast with Chris Simmons current PRS World Champ. Chris is using EC tuner. I guess he thinks they work. around 9 min. in This one is from 2 years back around 50 mins

    On the site or one of the others site, not sure. He is using tuners for 50 yds and 100yd test. He was doing a big test with tuners and they were working. He was asking about difference in tune for 50 yds vs 100yds.
