    Remington MSR / PSR bolts

Next step is to work out a fixture to correctly position and drill for the pin that correctly orients the bolt head. After that, some function testing and metal prep.

    Remington MSR / PSR bolts

I finally worked out a fixture to cut the firing pin head ramp (not sure of the correct nomenclature of that feature). Anyway, I'm satisfied with the outcome. However the initial notch in the 3D model appears to be cut .060" deeper and possibly slightly wider. Initial test seems to suggest the...

    Remington MSR / PSR bolts

100% agree, and I've been spending significant time making corrections. I would love any info you could share. I'm currently working up a jig to time the handle to the body. I should have some updates by the end of the weekend.

    Remington MSR / PSR bolts

Not to hijack the original thread, but I've made some progress on getting some bolt bodies completed. I have the bolt handle, bolt knob, and bolt head retaining pin completed. I just have a few machining operations to complete on the bolt body. Essentially the helical cut where the cocking piece...

I appreciate all the help! I'll be heading down to Greece later this summer to visit family. One if my cousins may have a contact that could provide some insight on this super secret squirrel reticle 🤣 Another way may be to look up NSN numbers for their scopes. It may provide a description or...

I'm looking for some info on which specific model of Kahles scope the Hellenic Army is running on their SSG M1 sniper rifles. From some internet photos is appears to be 624i. Any specifics on which reticle is being used would be greatly appreciated!

    PH M85

Here's what I found regarding the reticle. According to Kahles: "The reticle is the reticle 111 which was made solely for the US Army and for snipers. Zero in at 500 yards, one click equals ¼ MOA (minute of angle). The distance between the stadia lines are 19 inches at that particular distance...

S&B 6x42 (L13a1 scope from an L96a1 rifle) From what I understand they used the same scope as the L96a1 but in black.

I have read that several scopes have been seen on these Kahles ZF84 Swarovski ZFM 84 6x42 S&B 6x42 (same as L96a1 scope only in black) Pecar 4-10x45 I'll try to get some reticle pictures through the Kahles and S&B when I return in a few weeks.
