    No exit. Shot quartering slightly. Tucked it mid ribs aiming for off side shoulder. Found the bullet (or just the lead slug) resting in the hide after breaking through the thickest part of the scapula.

    I have never shot this barrel without it so honestly I can’t say. I have some others I had before the AB’s & I put them on those and they had a change in POI but accuracy stayed the same.

    Used the 60 gr interlock in a 22-250 with a 28” barrel taking deer on permits out to almost 400 yards. Was my favorite for that rifle and hammered deer and hogs. It’ll have no problem holding up to 223.

    Great first range session and definitely good to see one of your kids out enjoying it with you. We may be learning from her one day 😉. Looking forward to some good time behind it with multiple 5 rds or 10 rds groups to see how it fairs with consistency.

    Agreed! add in ammo, fuel if you travel to the range, and time is worth a lot these days. I’d rather buy a known barrel that shoots and be done.
