    The tops of mine are nice plywood but I put a 3/8” thick rubber mat on the top of each one. I ordered it off Amazon and has held up great, no issues at all. I have the one with 10% blue flake in it.

    When they use a chart like this, most folks are above normal. I’m 72” tall but have not been 177 pounds since 10th grade. Granted, there are many folks that are way over weight but they should stop using this chart for overall health and fitness level.
