300 win mag ?'s
I am no expert on this subject but Ive been in the same shoes per say. I ended buy a Remington 700 Long Range to get started and will eventually upgrade to a custom. But from what I learned 1-10 twist with 26" barrel. RL22 & H1000 are mostly what I see for powders and heavy bullets like 190gr...- Porkchop88

Remington 700 floorplate to magazine conversion
I had good luck with Wyatts DBM some say its troublesome but I never had an issue it dropped right in fed properly. I just ordered a PTG DBM for my 300 WM Im ready to get and check it out.- Porkchop88

Im really curious about accuracy also. I handled one with tracking point on it the other day in Cabelas. Seemed like a solid rifle but still considering a 5R or Police in 300 win mag. If this turns out to be a tack driver it would save me some money.- Porkchop88
