Night Vision Andres Industries PumIR 6 Info?

Yeah idk if I trust that. I think that’s the same price they were showing several years ago. In any case I’d get an RH25 over this since it has adjustable focus. Or step up to an Excelitas Dragon C12.

Night Vision Andres Industries PumIR 6 Info?

What even is the price point? AFAIK it’s changed more than once and these still aren’t even released for sale.

Night Vision Andres Industries PumIR 6 Info?

The Eratac mount for the Tig is also listed as mil-only, those are Germany rules since they aren’t allowed to sell civilian thermals that mount on a 1913 rail. In the US it will almost certainly come with the pic mount. That being said a lot of companies are now selling smallish clipons that are...

Night Vision 1024 or 1280 Clip On

    Yeah I’d take a civ-price cooled MWIR 640 unit over a 1280 unit.

Night Vision First NOD on the way

First thing is to pee with it in the dark.

Alignment Rod for a 22lr suppressor?

I assume you’re replying to me; the vast majority of my suppressors are on non-precision guns. Alignment rods weren’t even a thing until the last like 5-7 years, we somehow went 80+ years with suppressors without needing them and now everyone acts like you are a fool if you don’t spend $75 on a...

Alignment Rod for a 22lr suppressor?

They are barely needed even for centerfire. I’ve been shooting suppressors for decades and the only baffle strike I’ve ever had was from me being dumb and “trying something.” Look down the barrel from the chamber end. The human eye is very good at identifying bad concentricity.

    Wilcox RAPTAR Value?

Eye safe but with AB and in essentially new condition.

    Wilcox RAPTAR Value?

I’ve had my Raptar listed for months inside the values people are stating here with very few nibbles. Either they are wrong or these are selling in the 7-9k range somewhere else.

Horse Power, Track Shit, Torque, Cubic Inches, Liters, Run What Ya Brung, Auto or Cycle

I put close to 100mi on it in the last 24hr and I’ve got a big shit-eating grin on my face every time it breaks 4k rpm. I have two friends with 2023 GT4RS’s that are fully broken in and the howl from 8-9k is wild.

Horse Power, Track Shit, Torque, Cubic Inches, Liters, Run What Ya Brung, Auto or Cycle

Brought it home this week. This thing is phenomenal so far. The noise is insane.

Night Vision Voodoo S: A long term review.

@TheHorta has had a Cratos and multiple Voodoos, here's what he had to say a while back: Does not appear to be a ringing endorsement of buying one today.

Night Vision Voodoo S: A long term review.

Not many people have them but I haven't seen asking prices that high for used Cratos units in some time. Can you get a new Cratos with a warranty? Will L3 service it for you as a civilian if you buy secondhand?

Night Vision How important is rail position for clip-on thermal use?

That's fair. I haven't ever done the "use one unit for handheld scanning and clip-on" thing so I don't always think about what's useful in that scenario. I always felt like it's clumsy and potentially noisy to reattach in the dark and that can cost you a shooting opportunity so I ran separate...

Night Vision How important is rail position for clip-on thermal use?

You can also just put a stripe of paint marker on the rail around the thermal footprint.

Night Vision Voodoo S: A long term review.

The Cratos is substantially older, used ones are going for like 8k.

Night Vision Andres TigIR 6z+ thermal clip-on

    Bump still available.

    Night Vision Safran TAD

To some degree yes, which is why I first reported it to them as a possible “light leak” from the projector. Again, I want to give Safran a chance to help before I diagnose it.

    Night Vision Safran TAD

Yes, I’ve seen the Cold Harbour and other analyses. It’s not a lens flare and it is present at multiple projector distances from the lens, we have been troubleshooting.

    Night Vision Safran TAD

    RPO 3.0, yes.
