    No idea of caliber. Have 308’s 6.5 creeds, 223’s, 22-250, 22 and 6 arc’s. Maybe a .243. I just sold a .243 Ruger American varmint I never shot.

    The majority of my bolt actions are Howa’s. Most with aftermarket barrels. I’ve got a couple of older Remington 788’s. I grew up shooting a 788 so they have a sweet spot. I do have a Bergara HMR pro which I believe is a 700 clone. But no 700’s. But I have an itch for a 700. Will probably get...

    Howa Mini trigger upgrade?

    Take about 1.5 coils off the factory trigger spring. I’d start with one coil first then test. I have 5 Howa’s with modded springs. Best two trigger you can get.

    If driving through Yellowstone expect hours of sitting traffic and traffic at less than 5 mph. As everyone wants to pet all the animals and take pictures. Walk softly and carry a big stick.

    Well since this thread has been revived I’ve found my 8 twist cut rifled blank. Currently look for a 7 twist 20” Proof CF. Anybody have a lead?

    I don’t recommend it but Power Service white bottle will kill them on contact. Make sure to use enough to get down the holes.
