    Of the rifles you have listed I personally would go with the Howa. Maybe I’m biased but I do have 4 of them. Maybe look into the HCR. Also I’d skip the .308 at this time. .223 is plenty enough for 400 yards. And ammo is a lot cheaper.

    Accuracy?? Call keystone and talk with John. Most accurate barrel I have, it being a Bartlein. I’ve had white oak. Currently have a CLE kreiger and Bartlein. Also had CLE Douglas. Still have it. I use it as a pry bar, hammer or whatever in the shop.
