    Got my Trump stimulus money

Got us some trump bucks, and also think the math was a little screwy, or they used 2018 as the basis...idk.

If you could only own 1 gun for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I kinda like this. https://noveske.com/products/02000328-keymod Throw on a nice hard use can and optic and I'm a happy guy. A 16" might be a better pick. but hey. Depends on what we are talking about though.

AR targets & grade 8 bolts

I snagged a plate of ar400 from the scrap pile at work. Not a chance I’d want to drill it with anything short of a mag base and carbide annular cutter. And even then... I’d go with a torch. Also, a 6011 rod cranked up to nuclear will gouge a fine bolt hole.

    Folding@home

Yeah, I've looked at the power draw aspect. Don't have a current measurement, but the power supply is a 525w. Looks like if I let it eat at nameplate capacity, it would cost me 200 bucks a month. I haven't seen that at all. It's a dell precision T3610 with a QC xeon. A consumer grade laptop...

If you have a broadband connection and a decent computer at home that is idle most of the time, give the link below a visit. This project uses your computer hardware to accomplish a task related to a research project. It has been in use for years working on diseases such as Alzheimer's and...

    Event 201

Huzzah. I haven't seen evidence that (to make a vast generalization) the chinese are particularly good at anything other than blatant plagiarism. To design and intentionally release a pathogen that spreads this elegantly that only has the basic effect of shutting down their money machine (retail...

    The Kings Animals

There’s a reason there weren’t any deer left after the Great Depression. Might help take care of the feral hog problem though.

Suppressors Thunder Beast Ultra 9 or 7 (6.5) for PRS Shooters?

I had a 24" dasher that I used my U9 .30 on. Darn near hollywood quiet on open terrain. I don't compete any more, so it lives on a 16" .308 now. It's just loud enough that I want earpro if I'm shooting under a metal roof. Can't say I ever wished that I had the 7. There should be no...

Rent Mortgage Credit Card Car Payment

I have a BIL with all the financed toys. Works in the oil field, which is up and down to say the least. Any time there's too much month at the end of the money, they rotate. House and utilities first, then pay the Boat this month, the RV next, then truck, and so on. They don't want your shit...

    $00.95 per gallon gas???

I mean to say that I don't know what the domestic NG market looks like in light of the oil war. I know the two products are correlated, but don't know if the NG market is being saturated in the same way.

    Dirt/dual-sport/enduro motorcycle question

I’d agree with a cheap woods bike. Around here you can buy yz125s that need a top end and some air in the tires for around 1500. Play with it, wreck it, keep it around for friends to ride. It’s cheap enough.

    $00.95 per gallon gas???

I think you’re right. The media is pitching that this is Russia v. S.A. But the fact is that our industry is based on fracking, which doesn’t work out under about 50 a barrel. I don’t know how natural gas works in all this.
