2k outta the box best bet
I will vote Bergara. I have many, LRP Elite, Highlander, HMR, and Ridge SP. The only gripe I can come up with is my $800 Ridge SP shoots as well as my $2k LRP. All of them will do a 1/2 MOA or better if I’m doing my part. Plus they are 700 footprint if you ever do decide to change something up...- ffjoey

Bergara hunting hunting build
I have a Ridge SP ( among other Bergaras) in 308. I am extremely pleased with it. It’s an easy 1/2 MOA and I harvested a doe the first morning I took it out. Great little hunting rifle.- ffjoey

Also important to note, this guy was apparently screwed by both Bergara and Talley. I’m sure none of this is his fault. I mean he did complain about the defective thread protector but not the misaligned base hole that rendered his rifle useless, seems completely legit and reasonable.- ffjoey
