    To me, the wedge/gauges are to mounting a scope as boresighting is to a rifle....just the rough beginning and that's all I'm going to say. I will also say that with the Badger C1 Max, the ring cap torquing process had the highest potential to rotate the scope of any mount/ring I've ever used.
