Recs for 8 yr old first hunting rifle????.

Sooo... Any good 2024 Black Friday deals we should be keeping an eye out for?
brownells 15% and free ship >$50. they say it covers almost everything, but doesn't cover ammo and glock mags and sure other stuff. 15bf i think is the code among others, also excludes primers. lotta stuff excluded despite them saying 'almost everything' is included.- davsco

Cordless tools, how far they have come.....

Pits attack and kill bike rider
wife and i were walking with our golden retriever on a local trail and came upon a young teen girl walking two pits. they were literally dragging her to get to us. thank heavens she was able to dig in her heels and barely hold on.- davsco

Problem with one of my gun safes.

Its been a good week deer hunting
ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm fresh venison!! for tenderloin my wife soaks in some mix of ketchup, bbq and i think some soy sauce overnite, then broils in the oven. better than anything we've had in any restaurant!- davsco

there's a (presumably, good) reason that thousands of matches use practiscore. as a shooter, way easier to sign up, squad, and get scores quickly. presumably easier for MD's also as otherwise, all these matches wouldn't be on Practiscore. like anything else, if it isn't good enough for you...- davsco
