    Breakaway Coasters are another cheap option. They aren't low profile but way cheaper than any of the levers out there. And you can put them wherever you want position-wise.

    From what I have read is they rejected a 50% increase in pay over 5 years and are saying no automation. They want 77% increase in pay. They keep up with this shit and they will force automation because they can automate a lot of it. Then they will be out of jobs, or a greatly reduced workforce...
