    It's 18ga bent to a U 1" in width and provides a nice way to attach and finish expanded metal edges. Not carried by many metal suppliers and bought it online. Most expensive material in the project.

    Grandfather was Iron Worker/Rigger on the Empire State Building. Injured and died from injuries while working at the Brooklyn Naval Yard during WWII. Still have ID from working at the Yard.

    How are the 255's working out for you in the school? Have one in my home shop and been a very good welder so far and really like the pulse function. The XR Aluma Pro gun does a nice job on aluminum.

    f you have time you may want to try Stoney Pass which will take you to the headwaters of the Rio Grande. Not very technical and if you keep heading east it will take you to just outside of Creede. Timber Hill just past Pole Creek can be a little rough. We fly fish up there every year.

    Good Tunes

    Grew up listening to the Band and was fortunate enough to see them in concert several times. Never a big fan of Robbie Robertson and always felt Levon was the heart and soul of the band. The last Waltz is a great collection of performances and my favorite is Caravan by Van the Man.
