    That stinks. Yeah it’s hit or miss on their consistency I guess. I got lucky with my turrets. But unlucky with other optics. I have been talking myself out of a 4-20 for close to a year now but I am not gonna be able to hold out much longer.

    That’s interesting. I have a couple of ZP5’s and they both have very good turrets, I would call them exceptional. Same as the image quality. I did have to send one back though, so I hear you about not wanting to lose it for three months.

    I have wanted a 3-15 for a long time and have never seen one in stock anywhere, but for this purpose I really prefer the 5-25 mag range. I went ahead and placed an order for the THRL 5-25 model from BH Photo but it is on back order with no estimated date of delivery.

    No idea about Proof, but my Bartlein CF barrel is an absolute tack driver. Sleeved barrels are probably fine for 10/22’s though.

    16” 308 with 125 NBT’s is hard to beat. Or 130 Hammers. Or 168 ELDM’s. Take your pick with a 308. Having said that, I still prefer my 20” 6.5x47 for about everything.
