Rifle Scopes Reflex dot sight worth $45?

This ad popped into my mailbox and I'm wondering if it could be worth getting one or two, or adhering to the counsel that "you get what you pay for"? I wouldn't be surprised if we're not deluged with similar offers using scare tactics, considering the election...

    Lube for suppressed AR

I run my ARs with silencers and wet with CLP. Have tried a number of other oils and greases and none showed any advantages over the CLP. As always, YMMV.

    Opinions on AR10 caliber

Another vote for 260 Rem. I load mine with 139-gr Scenar, 140-gr Berger VLD or 140-gr Hornady match. All are running .5 MOA (at 200 yards) and ringing steel at 800. Another plus for the 260 Rem is that you can run 7.62/308 brass through the sizer and have 260 Rem-equivalent. I have a fairly...

    Suppressors Diversified machine

I've been assembling the parts for a Form 1. So far, I've been pleased with the service from White Trash Tactical. Emails are answered and parts arrive in very reasonable times. They also carry titanium tubes and parts. (Although I did have to wait for them to receive another stock of the...

Suppressors Has anyone moved individual trusts into a gun trust?

Several years ago I created a trust and did the paperwork drill to transfer a couple cans, an SBR and a sub-gun to it. Yup, it's $200 per item again. Pricey, but I didn't want my family facing problems when I croak. It took a full year for the paperwork to be processed and then there were a...

    Rangefinder for prairie dogs

The difficulty with prairie dog hunting is they're at ground level and often it's a bright day. My Bushnell rangefinder is pretty useless past 300 or so yards (plus it has a really hard-to-see display). Does anyone have good experience with rangefinders under prairie dog conditions? Thank...

    SOLD Found, please delete

Well, when you're in Colorado and can go a bit further north to Laramie, WY, I have small rifle primers I can spare, since most of my shooting lately uses large rifle primers. If you will be in Colorado Springs, check The Shootin' Den on Fillmore. They took good care of me for years and might...
