Rifle Scopes Tactacam FTS, anyone played with one?
At least of my Nightforce, you rotate the ocular for zoom. It doesn't have a zoom ring. Causes issues with the bolt hitting the lens cap. Have to find that sweet spot that clears everything- 45cal4life

22 trainer - Again
No issues with a Tactical Solutions Kestrel upper with a 9" barrel on a registered Bushmaster SBR lower. Shooting less than 100 yards and going for double and triple tap hits versus all out accuracy- 45cal4life

Permanent CZ455 rail?
How about bedding (delvcon, steel putty, etc) the rail to the reciever? Scuff everything up, maybe dremel or file some slots in the rail and or possibly into the reciever and use a permanent thread locker on the set screws- 45cal4life
